摘要: There is growing evidence to suggest that aging accompanied by enhancement in psychosocial well-being, despite age-related declines physical and cognitive functioning. A small but body of research has reported on positive trajectories its determinants, among community-dwelling seniors as well people with specific diseases such stroke. Current strategies for promoting successful include physical, social activities, healthy lifestyle, support, traits resilience optimism. These have typically been employed samples without serious illnesses, an emerging suggests they are relevant cohorts neurologic other diseases. Future will those work at the community level not just individual level, focus use technology group interventions enhance building age-friendly communities.
