摘要: Abstract The corrosion behavior of Mg–7Gd–3Y–0.4Zr (GW73K) was investigated in as-cast (F), solution-treated (T4) and peak-aged (T6) conditions using immersion tests electrochemical measurements NaCl solution (5 wt.%). Microstructure analyses were carried out on GW73K after different heat treatments by optical microscope (OM), field emission scanning electron (FE-SEM), transmission (TEM) X-ray diffraction. It is found that alloy exhibits higher resistance T4 than F T6 due to the fully dissolution cathodic coarse (Gd + Y) rich eutectic compound. products have morphologies for F, conditions. product less uniform compact T6, it has been founded GW73K-T6 had two owing presence β′. results polarization curves also confirm proper treatment beneficial improve transforming microstructures.
