Cerebral hypoxia and ischemia cause many disturbances, especially in case human newborn, it is important for us monitor oxygenation state hemoglobin cerebrum. But we have no instrument non-invasively, directly simply. In this usually use percutaneous oxygen electrode or pulseoximeter. As fomer, response slow difficult apply patient peripheral circulatory incompetence, latter hypotension.
