摘要: Pregnancy-induced thymic atrophy was studied in mice during the course of syngeneic gestation and post-partum period. Cortical thymocytes were greatly reduced number as shown by binding fluorescein-labelled PNA. The pool steroid-resistant (SR) medullary appeared unchanged pregnant when means a specific heteroantiserum (SRCA). Therefore, mice, these two surface markers demonstrated that linked to steroid-sensitive (SS) cortical cell reduction. presumed hydrocortisone resistance mother's remaining is not related difference steroid receptors determined 3H-dexamethasone binding.
