摘要: The F-box proteins (FBPs) in esophageal tumorigenesis are pivotal as they govern a broad array of basic physiological responses including cell growth, death and DNA damage repair. Esophageal cancer (EC) is common highly aggressive worldwide. Aberrant stabilization crucial participates tumorigenesis. Recently, growing evidence has shown that FBPs play critical role oncogenesis, invasion, metastasis prognosis assessment EC. In this review we summarized published data on the roles known FBPs, their respective substrates key signaling pathways, development EC, aiming to uncover new ways for rational design targeted therapies
