摘要: Abstract The red crabapple is a rare type of fruit in the malus family that important for apple breeding because it contains large amounts anthocyanins/flavonoids. However, molecular mechanism underlying anthocyanin/flavonoid accumulation peels and flesh fruits has not been fully explored. Here, we analyzed flavonoid transcript levels main structural genes transcription factors under sun-exposed shaded conditions two varieties with different coloration characteristics. Our results show varietal differences pathway mainly affect anthocyanins flavanols. Shading treatment induced significant decrease concentration but increased Quantitative real-time PCR analysis shows primary genes, except McF3 ′ H McANR , were higher ever-fleshed than white-fleshed fruits. Additionally, several MYB TFs have suggested to be involved regulation patterns response shading. Data indicated changes associated regulated by factors, providing new insights into horticultural plant breeding.
