摘要: Populations of M.persicae from glasshouses in Britain were found to have a structurally heterozygous chromosome complement. Biometric data somatic metaphase chromosomes, and the pairing configurations chromosomes at spermatocyte meiosis, indicate either simple or reciprocal translocation involving autosomes 1 3. All except one clones started these populations showed high levels esterase activity indicative resistance organophosphorus insecticides. The British translocated all androcyclic reproductive character, but several distinct genotypes. A similar identical was seven out nine collected field Japan. present Japanese categories, being somehow maintained sexual breeding system aphid. In experiments, heterozygosity inherited independently colour characters. also sample southern California.
