摘要: The invention relates to an information system for a PABX (1) having extensions (B1-B5), switchboard (2) manual switching operations, and direct inward dialling (DDI) function calls provided with DDI code directly the extensions. In invention, majority of incoming are controlled by which comprises database (21) maintaining status on subscribers, central processing unit CPU (20) connected voice message (22) basis retrieved from database, deliver desired messages calling party. When there is no reply extension or absence has been programmed, reads reason directs automatically output indicating and, if desired, offering alternative functions, such as leaving call back message, another extension, etc.
