EUS-guided celiac plexus interventions in pancreatic cancer pain: An update and controversies for the endosonographer.

摘要: Patients with pancreatic cancer (pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma [PDAC]) can develop abdominal pain that be debilitating. Celiac plexus neurolysis (CPN) is a chemical ablation of the celiac used to treat caused by malignancy. It performed an anterior or posterior approach, and also done percutaneously under guidance transabdominal ultrasound, computed tomography, intra-operatively most recently linear endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) (EUS-CPN). EUS well-suited for identification due close proximity gastric wall origin artery. EUS-CPN now widely practiced, different approaches have been developed in order improve efficacy this technique. Our objective review use PDAC, including description techniques, its efficacy, predictors response, describe limitations safety, as well new developments.
