摘要: A video monitoring system including a image- processing appliance manager adapted to provide an interface for one or more devices is disclosed. in accordance with illustrative embodiment of the present invention may include host application devices, image-processing called by application, and modules run number algorithms routines that can be used detect occurrence events within region interest. Methods interfacing network are also disclosed herein.
