摘要: A stable test device for the determination of a peroxidatively active substance comprising carrier containing 1,4-diisopropylbenzene dihydroperoxide and benzidine indicator in molar ratio from 0.9 to 3.0. The composition can be incorporated matrix along with ferric chelate provide ascorbate resistance thereto, which is important urine occult blood. under storage heat stress used prepare multitest strip glucose based on peroxidase/potassium iodide system.
