摘要: Software Product Lines (SPL) adoption can affect several aspects of an organization and it involves significant investment risk. This way, SPL risk management is a crucial activity adoption. study aims to identify risks during the scoping requirement disciplines provide information better understand in SPL. In order achieve previous stated goal, case research was applied industrial project medical domain. Using captured risks, classification scheme built mitigation strategies were identified. We spent five months, totaling 79 hours, performing (RM) discipline twelve 148 RM on requirements discipline. identified 32 20 discipline, 14 occurred both disciplines. Some are not particular development, however, they have their impact increased due characteristic. All results lessons learned useful for all managers researchers who considering introduction industry or academia.
