摘要: In this paper, efficient, high gain and pencil beam grid antenna array is proposed for hyperthermia breast cancer therapy system. The proposed antenna bandwidth extends from 4.8 GHz to 4.9 at resonant frequency of 4.86 GHz. This band has been reported for the therapy. long short sides are responsible undesired cross-polarized radiation desired copolarized radiation, respectively. unsuitability the conventional is ensured by investigating its properties. antenna array side width varied kept wide as possible enhance properties reduce losses. Also, a reflector used enhancement purpose. achieves lobe level 3 dB —27.9 25.9° E-plane 26.3° H-plane, respectively. phantom irradiated both grid antenna arrays 10 minutes. 8°C temperature increase within area compared 2°C temperature one. highly light weight, it a very suitable radiation property breast cancer
