摘要: Zn-substituted Ni(OH)(2) for alkaline rechargeable batteries was prepared by a chemical coprecipitation method. The structures were characterized X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, the electrochemical performance, including charge-discharge behavior, proton diffusion coefficient (DH+), cycle life, investigated in detail. results showed that potentials of beta-Ni(OH)(2) are much higher than those alpha-Ni(OH)(2). For single alpha (for 30.5-48.4% Zn content) or beta (from 0 to 9.3% phase sample, discharge increase with content.
