摘要: There is increasing evidence that subcellular targeting of signaling molecules an important means regulating the protein kinase A (PKA) pathway. Subcellular organization in PKA pathway insures a signal initiated at receptor level transferred efficiently to substrate eliciting some cellular response. This appears regulate function highly specialized cell such as cardiac myocyte. review focuses on A-kinase anchoring proteins (AKAPs) which are expressed heart. It has been determined that, approximately 13 different AKAPs tissue, several these myocytes. These bind substrates and appear PKA-dependent phosphorylation substrates. AKAP tethering may be essential for efficient regulation muscle contraction. The ability anchor altered failing heart, thus compromising myocyte respond stimuli elicit
