Anatomic mobilization trachea permits resection one-half or more with primary anastomosis. An anterior approach by a cervical cervicomediastinal route utilizes flexion to devolve larynx and tracheal preservation lateral blood supply. The transthoracic is employed for lower lesions. Over resections have been done using these methods direct reconstruction. Eighty-four patients suffered from benign strictures, 79 resulting intubation injuries. Eleven tumours five secondary are included. majority lesions following occurred at level cuff. It was possible repair 78 84 stenotic through approach. Seventy-three inflammatory obtained an excellent good functional anatomic result. Nine 11 neoplasms who underwent reconstruction alive without known disease. There were early postoperative deaths
