摘要: A successful outcome to pregnancy is dependent on the ability of maternal uterine microenvironment regulate inflammation processes and establish tolerance. Recently, B cells have been shown influence outcomes as aberrations in their numbers functions are associated with obstetric complications. In this study, we aimed comprehensively examine population frequency phenotypic profile over course murine pregnancy. Our results demonstrated a significant expansion within uterus during peri-implantation period (day 2.5-8.5 post-coitus), accompanied by alterations cell phenotype. Functional evaluation purified from pregnant mice at implantation 5.5 post-coitus) established regulatory capacity evidenced effective suppression proliferation activation syngeneic CD4+ T cells. Flow cytometry profiles revealed that has an expanded pool IL-10-producing bearing upregulated expression co-stimulatory molecules CD80 CD86 marker CD27. investigations herein demonstrate critical stages surrounding implantation, amplified phenotypically modified act manner potentially contributes towards establishment immunological tolerance early
