摘要: This ultra real-time PCR (UPCR) based diagnosis system for avian influenza A virus (AIV) subtype was designed. The target primer in this study derived from H5N1 subtype-specific 133 bp partial gene of hemagglutinin (HA), and synthesized by using PCR-based synthesis on the ground safety. UPCR operated Mini-Opticon Q-PCR Quantitative Thermal Cycler aptamer-based molecular beacon, total 10 μl reaction mixture with extraordinarily short time each steps PCR. detection including analysis melting temperature totally within 15 min. AIV-specific product correctly amplified until 5 molecules HA as minimum templates. kind drafted it could be used to detect not only AIV subtype, but also other pathogens UPCR-based diagnosis.
