摘要: During the past 50 years, prevalence of asthma has increased and this coincided with our changing relation microorganisms. Asthma is a complex disease associated local tissue inflammation airway that determined by environmental, immunological, host genetic factors. In subgroup sufferers, respiratory infections are development chronic more frequent inflammatory exacerbations. Recent studies suggest these polymicrobial in nature. Furthermore, there increasing evidence recently discovered microbiota may play critical role pathophysiological processes disease. Here, we discuss current data regarding possible for infection particular focus on bacteria play. We recent advances beginning to elucidate relations between immune response patients. also highlight clinical implications findings regards novel therapeutic strategies.
