摘要: Abstract Normal rejections of salt solutions through charged membranes have been studied a lot in theories and experiments, but few works touched upon negative anomalous rejection. In this paper, the rejection behaviors were investigated based on reflection coefficients (σ). The space-charge (SC) model Teorell–Meyer–Sievers (TMS) adopted to calculate σ for single with different ionic valences diffusion coefficients. results indicated that equivalent concentration is beneficial describe σ. would be certain intermediate region if coefficient ratio co-ion counter-ion more than 1.0. osmosis phenomena can explained utilizing transport numbers. Concerning comparison two models, TMS overestimate when radius larger 5.0 nm, dimensionless charge density pore wall Otherwise, comparable SC positive, or else, it underrate These findings are helpful explain nature phenomena.
