摘要: The capacity and pathway of bisphenol A [BPA; 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane] degradation in Sphingomonassp. strain AO1, which was isolated from the soil a vegetable-growing field Japan, were investigated. bacterial able to grow basal mineral salt medium containing BPA as sole carbon source (BSMB medium), degrade 115 μ g ml−1 6 h L medium. Several metabolites detected culture supernatant by HPLC then identified GC-MS LC-MS-MS. These compounds confirmed be same those reported for other BPA-degrading bacteria. cells induced BPA, activity only intracellular soluble fraction presence coenzymes, such NADH, NAD+ , NADPH or NADP+. addition metyrapone, cytochrome P450 inhibitor, BSMB resulted decrease cell growth. BPA-degradation also inhibited inhibitor. Carbon monoxide difference spectra indicated that present amount corresponded cellular activity. Our results provide evidence system is involved metabolism AO1.
