摘要: Abstract The Ce 1− x Mn O 2 nanocatalysts (  = 0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 and 1.0 mol. ratio) were synthesized by precipitation method using a different precursor salt. effect of morphology with exclusive (1 0 0) plane was examined for the selective oxidation ethylbenzene into acetophenone maximum selectivity. physico-chemical properties catalysts characterized various techniques. incorporation n + ceria lattice presence confirmed XRD HRTEM analysis. patterns analyzed Rietveld refinement to calculate parameters. Surface area pore size distribution from N sorption study. XPS DR–UV–vis spectra confirm 3+ 2+ in lattice. Further, framework ESR technique. H -TPR study revealed oxygen storage capacity (OSC) catalysts. 3D flower-like cubic nanoparticles FESEM images, composition values elements present calculated inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES). catalytic activity tested vapor phase as an oxidant at low temperature (463 K). key reaction parameters varied stability, selectivity concluded that suitable amount manganese ion content is essential Cubic structure 0.25 nanocatalyst specific found be most catalyst high conversion toward under given conditions.
