摘要: A flexible, biological field-effect transistor (BioFET) for use in biosensing is reported. The BioFET based on an organic thin-film (OTFT) fabricated mainly by inkjet printing and subsequently functionalized with antibodies protein recognition. assessed label-free detection of a model protein, human immunoglobulin G (HIgG). It characterized electrically to evaluate the contribution each step functionalization OTFT detect presence target protein. fabrication, structure, materials optimization, electrical characteristics, functionality starting final are also discussed. Different evaluated top insulator layer, aim protecting lower layers from electrolyte preserving performance.
