摘要: Protocols employed in cell and tissue engineering usually involve destructive tests to characterize the cultures, mainly case of adherent cells. Impedance spectroscopy obtained with planar electrodes is an alternative perform non-destructive, on-line measurements. The antecedents this technique use two-electrode strategy, then providing high sensitivity but also a dependence on electrode coverage. In order improve accuracy separate density from coverage adhesion we four electrode-strategy interdigitated microelectrodes. preliminary results have been previously reported. communication set animal cultures are presented. measurement set-up consists miniature bioreactors (10 ml) where double microelectrodes (AbTech) has inserted. They connected impedance analyser through custom front-end. placed incubator together parallel provide control counting along 7 days growing. four-electrode follow-up method provides higher (63%) than two-electrodes method, showing last one reduced response near culture end.
