摘要: Die Hauptaufgaben einer Tumornachsorge umfassen sowohl die Diagnose des Tumorrezidivs und moglicher Spatkomplikationen der Tumortherapie als auch Betreuung Patienten bei psychologischen sozialen Problemen. Wahrend letzteres vornehmlich Zeit erfordert, kommen fur erstgenannten Aufgaben in Regel teuere Untersuchungsmasnahmen zum Einsatz. Ob ihr Einsatz Nachsorge Nierenzellkarzinoms (NZK) sinnvoll ist, hangt von verschiedenen Parametern (z. B. Haufigkeit, Lokalisation oder Therapiefahigkeit Rezidivs) ab. vorliegenden Daten sprechen eine „schlanke“ mit NZK.
