摘要: Insulin resistance is the best prediction factor for clinical onset of type 2 diabetes. It was suggested that intramuscular triglyceride store may be a primary pathogenic its development. To test this hypothesis, 14 young lean offspring diabetic parents, model in vivo insulin with increased risk to develop diabetes, and healthy subjects matched anthropomorphic parameters life habits were studied 1) euglycemic-hyperinsulinemic clamp assess whole body sensitivity, 2) localized 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy soleus (higher content fiber I, sensitive) tibialis anterior IIb, less muscles intramyocellular content, 3) 13C NMR calf subcutaneous adipose tissue composition saturated/unsaturated carbons fatty acid chains, 4) dual X-ray energy absorption composition. Offspring notwithstanding normal fat distribution, characterized by (P < 0.01) but not = 0.19), showed chain adipocytes. Stepwise regression analysis selected plasma free levels as main predictors sensitivity. In conclusion, revealed abnormalities lipid metabolism associated at high developing might useful tools noninvasively monitoring these alterations diabetes prediabetic states.
