摘要: Recognising how fundamental the ‘social licence to operate’ is any uranium mining project, in 2012 IAEA initiated a series of training courses and workshops on stakeholder engagement social licensing issues. While has different features each country, negotiated ways, without one, project’s chances success are significantly compromised. This paper summarises findings from workshop held Istanbul, Turkey, February 2014, offers some perspectives likely future developments.
