摘要: Normally oxygenated dog hearts and rendered uniformly anoxic exhibit electric stability: there is no difference in resting potentials, spontaneous ventricular fibrillation does not occur. When an area of myocardium ischemic, the resulting "trigger" may destroy coordinated mechanism heart. A current oxygen differential produced across zone contact between red blue "electric instability." In electrically stable, heart, perfusion with blood produces a "reverse trigger" instability. Application these concepts therapeutic implications to human coronary disease appears justified.
