摘要: espanolLos liquidos ionicos han demostrado un comportamiento excelente en su uso como lubricantes de diferentes contactos mecanicos. En el presente trabajo se generado y caracterizado capas finas liquido ionico protico, Adipato Di-[bis(2-hidroxietil)amonio](DAd), sobre discos acero inoxidable AISI 316L y, posteriormente, ha estudiado tribologico frente a bolas zafiro, ensayos punzon-sobre-disco. Se que consigue reducir periodo alta friccion inicial, desgaste volumen lubricante utilizado respecto los resultados obtenidos cuando usan disoluciones acuosas o puro. EnglishIonic liquids have shown an outstanding performance as lubricants in different contacts. In the present work, protic ionic liquid di[bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium] adipate (DAd) has been used to generate thin surface films on AISI316L stainless steel and their lubricating against sapphire balls studied. The results described study show good tribological of these films, pin-on-disc tests, reducing running-in period high friction coefficient, preventing wear volume lubricant with respect obtained when water+1%DAd neat DAd are
