摘要: Abstract Flax pulp was bleached by using an enzyme treatment with laccase (L stage) in the presence of HBT as mediator order to replace toxic chemicals (e.g. chlorine or dioxide) environmentally friendly catalytic biotechnological products bleaching process, achieving a clean process technology and paper manufacture. The operating conditions for laccase–HBT system were optimized sequential statistical plan involving four variables (laccase dose, time oxygen pressure), their influence on properties after L stage examined. main objective minimize reagent doses reaction make more suitable industrial application. A mathematical model predicting kappa number terms developed. decreased increase value each variable down minimum level 6.9, which obtained dose 13 U g−1, 2%odp 6.5 h. predicted limiting 13 U g−1 above no additional reduction would be obtained. By contrast, pressures 0.2–0.6 MPa reactor had effect brightness number. Brightness not correlated due formation chromophores at beginning enzymatic treatment. LP biochemical sequence allows obtaining final 75.2%ISO.
