摘要: Abstract The synthesis of RNA in the ameba nucleus has been studied by labeling with 3H-uridine and fractionation sucrose density gradients. After a relatively short period radioactivity is primarily restricted to 30S, 19S, (both ribosomal) 4S regions, no significant amount detectable regions above Various tests appear exclude possibility differential breakdown or loss larger than 30S during preparative procedures.
