摘要: The deliverable describes the second set of best innovations proposed in framework WP1 on system aspect advanced Radio Resource Management (RRM) approved by System Group. These concepts consist promising innovative techniques and include an initial evaluation performance benefits as far already available. A brief description each technique together with relevant state art is provided. Moreover, first considerations about requirements system, especially regarding measurements, signalling, architecture protocols are described. last will be ready for final proof concept evaluation.
