摘要: Glutamine is an important amino acid for immune function. Though high intensity and prolonged exercise decreases plasma glutamine concentration causes suppression, the relationship between neutrophil functions has not yet been found. The purpose of this study was to investigate impacts supplementation on Twenty-six male university judoists were recruited. Subjects classified into control groups. group ingested 3000 mg per day placebo 2 weeks. Examinations performed at start preunified loading (pre-ULE), then 1 weeks after ULE (post-ULE). Reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, phagocytic activity, serum opsonic activity myogenic enzymes measured. Differences levels obtained in pre-ULE post-ULE two groups compared. In group, ROS production increased week ULE, whereas it observed (P < 0.001). significantly (P < 0.001), remained unchanged by during ULE. prevented excessive muscle damage suppression function, especially even intensive training period.
