摘要: This paper describes and analyzes the propagation of uncertainties from lithium-ion battery electrode manufacturing process to structural parameters resulting varying electrochemical performance. It uses a multi-level model approach, consisting chain simulation cell simulation. The approach enables analyze influence tolerances in on study process-structure-property relationship. impact their effect is illustrated by case with four plausible scenarios. results reveal that coating lead high deviations thickness mass loading nominal values. In contrast, calendering broad distributions porosity. Deviations have highest energy density less sensitive against porosity tortuosity as performance limited theoretical capacity. latter impacted only loading. Furthermore, it shown shape distribution due parameter variation aids identify, whether mean are close an overall optimum.
