摘要: Abstract Newly three-dimensional graphene nanosheets/transition metal sulfide nanoparticles (i.e. 3-D GNs/Ni 3 S 2 NPs) composite was synthesized by an efficient quasi chemical vapor deposition (Q-CVD) technique in one-pot high temperature growth process. The as-prepared materials were investigated X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy and photoelectric spectroscopy. supercapacitive performances of electrodes evaluated cyclic voltammetry charging, discharging electrochemical impedance NPs the Q-CVD possesses favourable porous network reasonable arrangement Ni on surface nanosheets. As a promising supercapacitor electrode, relatively specific capacitance 652.5 F g −1 at current density 1 A g 1 mol L KOH aqueous solution, along with good cycling stability (with 93% retention rate after 2000 cycles) demonstrated for electrode. In addition, excellent also asymmetric using as cathode GNs anode.
