摘要: Progressive transformation of germinal centers (PTGC) has been frequently described in association with Hodgkin lymphoma, particularly nodular lymphocyte-predominant lymphoma (NLPHL). The aim this study was to evaluate morphologic features PTGC for better delineation from early involvement by NLPHL. A total 160 cases were evaluated and included the following 3 groups: 93 patients who never developed a 23 synchronous NLPHL, 44 antecedent or subsequent history lymphoma. By histopathologic evaluation, 5 patterns that reflected progressive dismantling identified. There no difference distribution 1 4 among groups PTGC; however, showing pattern 5, which resembles naive B-cell follicle, significantly more observed (14/23) when compared (30/93; P = .0161). Furthermore, recognition spectrum immunoarchitectural PTGC, including architectural cytologic features, helpful differentiate nodules involved
