摘要: As a highly hydrophilic fibrillar mineral in nature, attapulgite (ATP) is promising new additive for preparation of ultrafiltration (UF) hybrid membrane. In this work, ATP particles, which were grafted with Gemini surfactant Ethyl Stearate-di(octadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride) to detach the crystal bundles single and enhance uniform dispersion an organic polymer matrix, incorporated into poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) PVDF/Gemini-ATP membranes adsorptive removal Ni(II) ions from aqueous solution prepared via phase inversion method. Chemical composition, crystalization morphology modified characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Transmission electron microscope (TEM) X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The membrane was Scanning microscopy (SEM), performance permeability, hydrophilicity adsorption studied, kinetics PVDF/ATP particular concerned. results showed that displayed good thermal stability hydrophilicity. Comparing PVDF membrane, possessed capacity ions, fit well Lagergren second-order equation.
