摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the amount training received by employees; extent which individuals are dissatisfied with they receive; and employee perceptions skill levels possess higher than/lower than those required do their jobs.Design/methodology/approach A matched workplace‐employee data set has its origins in 2004 Workplace Employment Relations Survey created analysed using ordered binomial logits.Findings One five employees days or more within last 12 months. three no at all. satisfied received. four dissatisfied. More half all felt that jobs. Only 5 percent lower jobs.Research limitations/implications There little evidence “skills gaps.” ...
