摘要: MEASUREMENT OF SELF-CARE AGENCY IN PATIENTS WITH CYSTIC FIBROSIS By Chiysanthe Porter Fooy The purpose of this descriptive correlational study was to contribute theory regarding the self-care agency in a population Cystic Fibrosis (CF) patients k 11 years age (n=30). following research questions were addressed: (1) what is level group CF patients; (2) relationship between and basic conditioning factors age, gender, since diagnosis, severity illness; (3) locus control self-care. Baker’s Self-Care Practice Instrument used measure WaUston’s Multidimensional Health Locus Control (MHLC) Form A general health beliefs, C behefs specific CF. Shwachman score illness demographic information obtained on aU subjects. Results indicate that those who viewed their physician(s) as controlling scored highest No significant correlations found with CF, illness.
