CO2 absorption into aqueous blends of ionic liquid and amine in a membrane contactor

摘要: Abstract Ionic liquids (ILs), 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]) and 1-(3-aminopropyl)-3-methyl-imidazolium ([apmim][BF4]), were mixed with an alkanolamine of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) to form two IL-based aqueous blends as CO2 absorbents, respectively. A membrane absorption coupling process was used evaluate the performance blended absorbents for capture. Mixed ILs AMP investigated. Characteristics contactor studied by various modes cyclic non-cyclic operations, static hot regeneration, continuous circulation Results show that flux loading capacity could be enhanced addition into ILs. Membrane [apmim][BF4]+AMP reached 1.05 × 10−3 mol m−2 s−1and 0.65 mol mol−1, regeneration efficiency almost 100% obtained regeneration. The give higher net circular capacities comparing corresponding single in Net arrived at 0.48 mol mol−1. significantly influenced well process.
