摘要: ABSTRACT Maximum daily consumption and specific metabolic demand were determined for juvenile flathead catfish (Pylodictis olivaris) in the laboratory over a temperature range of 3–32 °C. increased with increasing water temperature, was significantly higher at 19 °C than colder temperatures, remained elevated up to 32 Fish rarely ate below 15 °C, most stopped feeding 11 no fish consumed anything 7 or below. Specific showed gradual increase temperature. The quantification consistent descriptions classifying species as adapted warmwater conditions.
