摘要: The clinical manifestation of sexually perverse behavior is extraordinarily diverse in its severity and form. clinician may be confronted with a continuum perversion or perverselike behaviors, ranging from relatively minor transient fantasy-laden material to dangerous sexual acting out paraphiliac disorder. Cases which surface as problem are seen whole host different settings, treatment contexts, referral networks. At one end the spectrum, experiences disclosed course ongoing psychoanalytic psychotherapy, perhaps even after several years treatment. It probably case that most patients who undergo traditional psychotherapy eventually reveal difficulties experiences, originally came for variety nonsexual problems, eg, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties. other spectrum convicted sex offenders, referred by criminal justice agencies, such probation parole. These offenders often deny, minimize, attempt deceive about their involvement unlawful sexuality.
