Measurement and Prediction of Tip Clearance Flow in Linear Turbine Cascades

摘要: This paper describes a simple two-dimensional model for the calculation of leakage flow over blade tips axial turbines. The results obtained from calculations are compared with data experimental studies two linear turbine cascades. One these cascades has been investigated by authors and previously unpublished provided comparison model. In each test cases examined, excellent agreement is between predicted data.
