摘要: The three-component reaction of N-substituted hydroxylamines, aldehydes, and phenylacetylene catalyzed by CuCl/2,2'-bipyridine in the presence NaOAc under neat conditions afforded corresponding beta-lactams good to excellent yields. Aromatic, heteroaromatic, aliphatic aldehydes are tolerated this reaction. electronic effects were studied for with N-methylhydroxylamine N-benzylhydroxylamine. For N-methylhydroxylamine, electron-rich provided higher yields than electron-deficient whereas N-benzylhydroxylamine, no significant effect was observed aldehydes.
