摘要: Magnetophoresis is a novel approach in enhancing drug delivery across biological barriers. Benzoic acid, diamagnetic substance, was selected as the candidate. The diffusion rat abdominal skin enhanced due to influence of magnetic field. experiment with alternating on-off-fields same set-up confirmed that difference flux between passive and not any variation experimental condition or membrane properties. field strength on determined found increase increasing applied strength.
