摘要: Two infrared bands of the type arising from oscillations electric moment normal to axis symmetry have been measured under high dispersion and identified as two which are at right angles each other in Sutherland Dennison's notation v5 v6. Their centers respectively 1278 cm‐1 1165 cm‐1. The anomalous spacing between principal rotation lines is accounted for on basis an interaction only slightly anisotropic.
