摘要: Abstract The dependence of the absorbed energy ultrafine-grained (UFG) Ti-6Al-4V alloy on test temperature is studied. Tensile tests and Charpy were carried out at room temperature, cryogenic temperatures elevated up to 500 °С. A UFG state was produced by equal-channel angular pressing. For sake comparison, coarse-grained (CG) subjected heat treatment produce a duplex structure. demonstrates enhanced strength reduced ductility-related properties temperature. It shown that operating 200 300 °С, best balance between high achieved in alloy. higher compared CG liquid nitrogen but their practically same. failure mechanisms promising engineering applications are discussed.
