摘要: Microthlaspi erraticum is widely distributed in temperate Eurasia, but restricted to Ca2+-rich habitats, predominantly on white Jurassic limestone, which made up by calcium carbonate, with little other minerals. Thus, naturally occurring individuals are confronted a high concentration of Ca2+ ions while Mg2+ ion relatively low. As there competitive uptake between these two ions, adaptation the soil condition can be expected. In this study, it was aim explore genomic consequences sequencing and analysing genome erraticum. Its size comparable diploid Brassicaceae, more genes were predicted. Two transporters known expressed roots duplicated one showed significant degree positive selection. It speculated that evolved due pressure take efficiently presence an overwhelming amount ions. Future studies plants specialized similar soils affinity tests needed provide unequivocal evidence for hypothesis. If verified, found study might useful breeding Brassicaceae crops higher yield -poor soils.
