摘要: Abstract CdO:ZnO nanocomposite were synthesized via sol-gel technique and optimized for oxygen sensing. The transport properties of the thin films analyzed enhancing gas sensing at low operating temperatures. (1:3) nanostructure was obtained that has a 25 nm grain size with 4.870 A lattice constant.
