摘要: Scale control in ultra-deepwater under high temperature, pressure and total dissolved solids (TDS) is critical for efficient safe oil gas production. With the continued development of offshore production ultra-deepwater, more wells are exposed to extremely temperature ( 150 °C) 15,000 psig) anoxic condition. However scale testing, prediction these extreme conditions often challenging due limitation testing equipment accurately simulate environments. The dynamic tube blocking test a widely applied approach evaluating risk inhibition efficiency laboratory. However, little information has been reported studying siderite (FeCO3), major product from corrosion. Furthermore, very few studies assess scaling iron oxides temperatures. In this research, kinetics nucleation precipitation studied absence presence inhibitors including sulphonated polycarboxylic acid (SPCA), polyvinyl sulphonate (PVS), carboxymethyl inulin (CMI) sodium citrate. have evaluated at (up 250 determine if they applicable (or oxide) inhibition. Inhibition oxide °C 600 psig was observed. All solutions used research strictly with 1 parts per billion (ppb) oxygen added reducing reagents, that might alter reaction. This condition degradation interferences reactions between inhibitors.
